What are some good books on Spanish and Cuban cuisine? What authors do you recommend?

I want something authentic. I can cook and do not mind spending a few hours in the kitchen. I want good traditional recipes – no smoothing quasi recipes for the weak. I have to Creole cuisine is the bible of cookbooks Cuban but it is in Spanish and my Spanish is rusty. I need that is a book in English. Penelope Casas is supposed to be the author of Spanish cookbooks for, but what are some other books / authors you recommend? I am also interested in Catalan cooking (Spain) or a book that specializes in paella.

I love Catalan cuisine. For several years I have vacation in the area of Barcelona when I was still living in Germany.
